    1. respecting the student as an equal participant in the creation and application of the curriculum - defining the role - Bourdieu and academic discourse. inclusion and exclusion in American Law - Minow.
    2. the Enron debacle - corporate imperialism - that some should serve others - implications of class - and what does class mean in this context?
    3. on the verge of war - what does war mean in this context? how is the choice between war and peace related to corporate control? how is all this related to mutual respect in learning activities?
    The three issues are tied together conceptually. That will be clear from the argument as outlined.
