HipHop and Seeing Knowledge from Another PerspectiveSeeing Black: News from Your Perspective is a site we've been suggesting since my first files on hip hop in November 2004. Congress Sells Out Internet offers a letter from MoveOn.org about Net Neutrality. Notice that the Seeing Black Site would keep you up to date on some of these major political and social issues.
In Message No. 13657 Kathleen adds to the list of references on Hip Hop and its importance as a knowledge base.

Consider that we keep stressing that you must consider all perspectives if you are to grasp the whole picture. Even when you have firmly chosen your own position. You cannot engage in the meaningful and good faith listening of governance discourse unless you understand the perspective of all those entitled to participate in representation.
