        Activist Site in leading Internet community in public discourse that moves toward real argument without name calling . Fits into the pattern of encouraging listening as opposed to rhetoric. (Albert O. Hirschman's Rhetoric of Reaction). Site came into existence during Clinton impeachment hearings. Title, Move On, reflects the emphasis on talking together and listening to the whole argument. Link operative on August 24, 2001.

        Projects of collaboration and recognition of both private and public space, values, concerns. Link submitted by Prof. Charles Notess (Urban Sociology).
      • Oregon Health Systems In Collaboration
        "Not unlike Healthy Communities, OHSIC and the partners therein, recognized that there existed a common responsibility with regard to the need for continual improvement in the health and non-health status of the individuals and the communities within Oregon. "Further, OHSIC realized that there are certain conditions pertaining to health and non-health issues that can be addressed more effectively through cooperative and collaborative actions. This involves the utilization of combined resources and influence, rather than through acting indepedently."
      • The Health Alliance of Pennsylvania
        Partnerships trying to be inclusive. Values include listening in good faith to individuals and to the community values. Recognition that a healthy community must deal with diversity and with inclusion in decision-making.
