Introduction for Users Seeking Additional Mirror Sites

The three primary mirror sites are on the homepage for Dear Habermas. Additional sites will be listed here, as they are needed and as the Journal expands. The three primary sites should be adequate for all users, but sometimes a link malfunctions, a file refuses to print, an image won't come up. Then go to a mirror site. Often the electronic glitch causing problems can be avoided that way.

Ocasionally we have had server problems. That can delay the updating of a mirror site. That happened to both the CSUDH and the UWP working team sites on the soclink server in January 1999. That glitch caused us to be weeks behind in update. We hope to catch up to updating those sites very soon. In the interim, still try them if you run into a glitch. They might get you around it, if the link you need was updated before the sites went down. jeanne
