These 2007-8 entries for "My World and Welcome to It" were interrupted by cancer and its brief recurrence. Happening together with my retirement, the illness caused turmoil in our research for expanding Dear Habermas into community governance. Finally, my energy and exuberance returning full force, I'm updating the site and opening up our research to all who care to build and teach with us. Soon, I hope, I'll move these older messages to an archive, out of our way.
